LLC "BIO RESOURCES UKRAINE" is general partner of the business forum "Dairy Industry. Ice Cream 2024"

Since October, the team of LLC "BIO RESOURCES UKRAINE" has taken part in and acted as a general partner in the annual business forum "Dairy Industry. Ice Cream" in Kyiv.

During the business meeting, expert speakers analyzed the most relevant global and domestic trends in the dairy and ice cream market, company strategies in modern conditions, and also presented modern technologies for the production and packaging of dairy products.
Representatives of the following companies gave presentations: Bio Resources Ukraine, Itak, Esarom Ukraine LLC, Agrana Fruit Ukraine, PET Technologies, Integra, BioFlavid, Prodservice, Grantfinans, Pro-Consulting, ALLE Consulting, Best Way Foods, TATfood, as well as Odessa National Technological University and the Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
In particular, the speakers of the event spoke about the following:

• Progressive fruit solutions for the ice cream and dairy products industry;
• Protective cultures - a "natural solution" for extending the shelf life of dairy products;

• Problems of bacteriophages in the production of fermented dairy products and cheeses.
Participants also had the opportunity to taste dairy products from domestic producers within the exhibition "Dairy and Ice Cream Producers" and attend a master class on cheese making.
This year, the business forum was visited by more than 200 participants, including: heads of dairy and ice cream manufacturing companies, technical directors, chief technologists, production managers, heads of purchasing departments, quality directors, distributors and retail specialists, suppliers of ingredients, technologies, equipment and packaging.
