Not so lately, representatives of our company visited the production of our long-term partner Calza Clemente Srl. Calza Clemente Srl. is a family business that has been producing ingredients for the dairy and cheese making sector for 90 years. Company does its activity in 20 countries, including Ukraine, keeping unchangeble principles of management.

This inspection had a multilevel system. At the first stage - conduction an absentee questionnaire on the organization and internal quality management, at the second, an inperson visit to the enterprise to obtain evidence in the forms of research and their objective assessment. During this visit, the specialists of our company were able to meet with the full cycle of production and determine the compliance of the system elements to the FSSS 22000 requirements.

Also during the meeting, new ingredients were presented, which will appear in the company's portfolio. Such a demanding attitude to the products of manufacturers is not occasionally, so the ingredients which are used in the food industry must be of the highest quality and be safe for people. Therefore, we are proud that we have the opportunity to work with the best manufacturers, including Calsa Clemente Srl, which passed our annual audit perfectly.
