Workshop June 5-6, 2019

Dnipro, hotel and restaurant complex Bartolomeo Best River Resort

In the beginning of summer we held an international workshop on "European experience and technologies for solving topical issues in the dairy industry of Ukraine" in the wonderful hotel and restaurant complex Bartolomeo Best River Resort with our European partners.

The invited speakers at the workshop were:

Roberto Calza - owner of the Italian company CALZA CLEMENTE, a leading specialist in technology and equipment;
Maria Ostapyuk - HACCP international auditor consultant, ISO22000, FSSC 22000, TÜV SÜD technical expert;
Laia Bohigas - chief technologist of the Spanish company BDF NATURAL INGREDIENTS S.L.

Many important and relevant topics were discussed. The workshop was attended by technical experts and managers of about 30 leading Ukrainian dairy producers.
