On April 11, 2024, representatives of the company "Bio Resources Ukraine" LLC took part in the "Meat Business 2024" conference.
More than 70 companies took part in the conference, including: MHP, "TD Kremenchukmyaso", "Tulchynmyaso", "UPG-Invest" (TM "Syaivir"), "Indychka", "Ptahokompleks Dniprovskyi", "Lutsk Foods" ", "MK Myasny", "Alan", "Zhytomyrskyi meat processing plant", "Verbena", "Idna", "Ptytsia Podillia"
In particular, managers of meat processing enterprises, quality directors, technologists, heads of purchasing departments, chief engineers, retail representatives, distributors, suppliers of meat raw materials, ingredients, equipment and packaging were present, in total more than 70 companies were present.

The speakers raised quite important topics:
Market trends of meat products and frozen meat semi-finished products;
Innovative enzymes for the production of meat products and sauces;
Sensory analysis as a modern tool of the meat business;
Marketing of the future: artificial intelligence and social networks in Ukraine and others.

An internal exhibition was also organized at the premises where the conference was held. where all those present got acquainted with the products, trends and innovations of the meat market.
In conclusion, it is very important for us, as a company that deals with ingredients for extending and preserving shelf life, to attend such events and be familiar with innovative solutions for the food industry, in particular, for the meat and meat processing industries.
